1. Who We Are

HiredYou.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital product business selling AI configuration kits, setup guides, templates, and related materials. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any third-party AI platform. Our products teach you how to configure those tools — we do not operate AI infrastructure on your behalf.

2. What You Are Buying

When you purchase from HiredYou.ai, you are purchasing:

• A digital download — files, guides, templates, and/or scripts delivered electronically
• A license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or business purposes
• Access to all included digital files based on the tier purchased (Quick Deploy or Full Kit)

You are not purchasing ongoing software, a subscription, a managed service, or any guarantee of specific results. AI tools are configured by you on your own accounts and API keys.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, HiredYou.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

• Download, install, and use the purchased files for your own personal or business use
• Modify the template files for your own configuration

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share purchased files with others
• Use purchased materials to create a competing product or derivative commercial kit
• Claim authorship of the original materials
• Upload, post, or otherwise distribute purchased files publicly

4. Intellectual Property

All content on HiredYou.ai — including but not limited to website copy, design, code, templates, guides, scripts, and product files — is the original work of HiredYou.ai and is protected by applicable copyright law.

The concepts of AI employee configuration, morning briefs, and automated business workflows are generic industry concepts not proprietary to any party. The specific expression, copy, design, and implementation on HiredYou.ai are original and independently created.

HiredYou.ai's products make use of the OpenClaw agent framework, which has its own open-source license. File naming conventions (e.g., SOUL.md, MEMORY.md) are part of that open framework and are not the proprietary invention of any third party.

"YouHire Bot" is a trademark of HiredYou.ai. "HiredYou.ai" is a trademark of HiredYou.ai. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

5. No Affiliation with Competitors

HiredYou.ai is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any other AI tool, guide, or product company. All products sold on HiredYou.ai are independently created.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. By purchasing, you agree that no refunds will be issued. If you have questions before purchasing, email support@hiredyou.ai.

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Processing time may vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HiredYou.ai products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The suitability of our products for any specific purpose
• The results or outcomes achievable using our products
• The compatibility of our products with all AI platforms
• The accuracy or completeness of any information in our guides

AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms, rate limits, pricing, or availability.

8. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Individual results will vary. Any testimonials, case studies, time savings estimates, or ROI calculations on this website are illustrative examples only. They are not guarantees of results you will achieve. Your results depend on your specific business, how you implement the tools, and many factors outside our control.

HiredYou.ai does not guarantee any specific level of time savings, revenue increase, or business improvement. Statements such as "saves X hours per week" are general estimates based on user feedback and are not guaranteed outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HiredYou.ai's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall HiredYou.ai be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10. Third-Party Services

Our products are designed to work with third-party AI platforms (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, OpenClaw, and others). Use of those services is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. HiredYou.ai is not responsible for those services, their availability, their pricing, or any changes to their functionality.

11. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
